Cooking up on great design

Photobucket
For all you beaders out there here are a few ideas to help organize your bead space and not break the bank! Several kitchen items make great, inexpensive helpers when doing beadwork. Ice cube trays and muffin tins are great organizers for storage or while you are working. If your design calls for several types of beads use a section for each type. Makes clean up easier as well. Tin pie plates and low edged cake pans lined with felt squares are great design workspaces. Beads don’t roll off onto the floor! Baby spoons are perfect bead scoopers. Don't forget toothpicks for applying glue and clean condiment minijars (jelly, honey etc.) are perfect bead storage. I've included a few pictures that I found around the web for inspiration. Have fun beading – comments welcome. Send me your ideas.
